So far I've had a great experience with this company. I ordered the Baobab Powder. Shipping was pretty fast.

I have used this company a lot but have been feeling guilty since they claim they are organic but:
1) This organic company packs goods in one use plastic;
2) on the labels there is no indication of country of origin - for anyone who buys organic a prerequiste I would have thought to know this.
I am therefore no longer going to use them

Happy with my first order and I hope to place another order soon. Website easy to use, select items/amounts and make payment. I was kept upto date with the processing of my order and it arrived within a few days (as expected). Eco packaged in a strong box with eco tape. The dried fruit looks good quality, bought at a reasonable price.

I have been buying from Forest Wholefoods for a few months now and, on the whole, have been very satisfied with the service, prompt delivery and quality of the products.
My one issue is the plastic bags that the food comes in. I am aware that they suggest recycling them but much plastic sent for recycling either ends up on ships or does not get recycled at all so would like to see the company change its packaging to something biodegradable.

This is my second time buying, both times orders were dispatched, and delivered next day. After trialing my first order, on my second order I stocked up on lentils, split peas, couscous, and seeds which are all great quality. The expiry dates on these were 2021 to 2022 so plenty of time to cook & eat them. I will become a regular customer, organic quality foods and reasonably priced too!

My partner and I love stocking up with Forest Whole Foods, they have such a good variety of organic beans and grains and they're really good value for money.
It also gives me great comfort to know that all the produce is carefully sourced, and I can't wait to try more of it!

I was so happy to find this company originally and thought I would be doing all my shopping with them.
I am a plant-based celiac and so nuts and seeds make up a huge amount of my diet. I made an order including some different seeds, including the hemp seed.
I fell ill after drinking a smoothie with the hemp seed in and afterwards I found about ten of wheat germs in the pack of hemp seeds from them- a product which you would expect to be Gluten Free. I have never had this occur before and so messaged them, simply to add a warning to the product - 'This product may contain gluten', so other gluten-intolerant people wouldn't fall victim to this like me. However, their support just didn't seem very friendly and they ignored my e-mails. Just a bit disappointing and not what I would expect from a company trying to be ethical... They should at least remove the 'No gluten containing ingredients' sticker from this product, but refused to do so.
It is often the little things that go a long way and when a company shows they don't really care, i start to question their other claims...
So I will leave a warning here- if you happen to be gluten free- approach some of their products with caution!

I really wanted to like this company. Ordered from them twice, there were major problems with the delivery both times (all pre-lockdown). When I contacted them about it rather than apologise or try to help they made a million ridiculous excuses and seemed annoyed with me for asking where my parcel was. Such a shame because they're nice products, but I wouldn't use them again and I don't reccomend them.
